With all our services, we add power to your power…

Standard or Custom Products To Suit Your Needs

Through our partnerships with global brands, we supply canopied and open diesel generator sets from 10 kVA to 2500 kVA, matched with the right engine and alternator for each project. Alongside our standard range, our experienced engineering team designs bespoke solutions for the differing needs of each project.

CUSTOM PROJECTS
On some projects a standard generator will not cover everything, and bespoke solutions are needed. With its expert engineering and project team, Delta Generator develops solutions tailored to each project’s own energy requirement and design.

• Design to specific power and noise levels
• Design to custom cabin and chassis dimensions
• Custom fuel tank manufacture
• Seismic solutions
• Custom cabin paint application
• Custom exhaust systems
• Custom sound insulation
• Custom synchronisation and control system
• Generators with custom frequency and voltage
• Remote monitoring and control systems

Power & Site Assessment

Delta Generator begins by establishing the right location and power rating so the project is served as efficiently as possible. A preliminary site survey with our expert team identifies the true energy requirement and the best position for the generator to give maximum benefit.

Synchronisation Projects

The word SYNCHRONOUS literally means simultaneous.
Generator synchronisation simply means several generators operating simultaneously as a single power source.

The key feature of synchronisation systems is that one or more generators run on the same energy line as other generators or the mains, and share the load.

Bizler DELTA GENERATOR we use synchronisation systems to bring bespoke solutions to high-power energy projects. For high-kVA requirements, these systems — built by combining several generators on common busbars — offer many advantages over a single generator of the same rating. Those advantages are:

Lower purchase cost through a lower initial investment budget
Lower service and maintenance cost
Lower spare-parts cost
Fuel savings through flexible operation
Reliability
Ease of service and maintenance
Ease of delivery and spare-parts supply

Applications:
Continuous supply to the facility from a single generator,
Continuous supply to the facility from synchronised generators,
Supply to the facility with synchronised generators backing up the mains,
Parallel operation with the mains using single or synchronised generators
Uninterrupted transfer between mains power and one or more standby generators.

Our specialist staff can produce flexible solutions in line with customer requirements during project creation and development. The required generator power and quantity are established at the outset, an appropriate scenario is chosen, and the synchronised system is built accordingly.

Generator synchronisation systems fall into groups by purpose: uninterrupted synchronisation, power-redundant and fault-redundant. Depending on the project, the return to mains power can be either interrupted or uninterrupted (soft transition).

Is there a limit on how many generators can be synchronised? You set the number by balancing peak demand against average demand — the aim being economy and high efficiency.

Commissioning

Delta Generator provides a commissioning service so generator sets are started safely and hold their performance for years. Alongside it we advise according to the needs of the project and the customer’s wishes, so the generators run at their best.

24/7 Emergency Support

If one of our generators develops an urgent fault, our specialist team finds the fastest and most effective solution. With expert teams reachable 24/7, we work to keep your loss of power to a minimum.

Periyodik Kontrol ve Maintenance

To keep a generator performing well for years and to prevent faults from internal or external causes, periodic inspection and maintenance are essential. After purchase we encourage customers to take up our Periodic Inspection and Maintenance service. Our authorised service centres exist to deliver maximum performance and safe, long service life. Delta Generator is responsible for faults arising during the warranty period; for generators out of warranty or of another make, a Periodic Inspection and Maintenance agreement brings our expert team’s support.

Spare Parts

For a generator to run efficiently and last, damage must be put right quickly. Delta Generator keeps a broad spare-parts stock so customers’ parts requests are met as fast as possible. Parts are supplied free of charge during the warranty period; for out-of-warranty or other-brand generators, simply contact our authorised team.

2. El Kiralama

Checked over and serviced by our expert production and technical staff, Delta Generator used generators are offered ready to run, for hire, at competitive prices and in a range of options;
Diesel generator sets
Container-type generator sets
Generator sets with custom cabin designs
Portable diesel and petrol generators

Used Generator Purchase

Where the budget is tight, finding an economical way to cover the whole project can be quicker than buying new. Fully checked and supplied ready to run at maximum performance, Delta Generator used generators answer every kind of requirement affordably, with a choice of power ratings and engine/alternator combinations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Browse the questions below to find out more.

A generator is a machine made up of an engine and an alternator that converts mechanical energy into electrical energy.

Generators are widely used by businesses of every size — typically in shops, large shopping centres, production facilities and workshops.

Generator selection requires professional testing and calculation. Our professional team will assist you with this.

If the mains supply fails, or its voltage moves outside the set limits, a generator fitted with automatic starting equipment detects this through its control module, starts automatically and supplies the building. This takes 8–10 seconds at most.

When the mains returns, or comes back within normal limits, the control module waits briefly to confirm the supply is sound, then transfers the load from the generator back to the mains. The generator then idles for three minutes to cool down before stopping.

The main components are:

  • Engine
  • Alternator
  • Radiator
  • Chassis
  • Daily fuel tank
  • Battery
  • Control Panel
  • Transfer Panel

Yes. Any spare part you require is supplied through our after-sales services.

Every generator set makes noise — from the exhaust, the engine body and the fans. Depending on where it is installed, measures may be needed, which is what acoustic enclosures are for: they give maximum noise control. Our team can advise in detail.
