Synchronisation Projects
The word SYNCHRONOUS literally means simultaneous.
Generator synchronisation simply means several generators operating simultaneously as a single power source.
The key feature of synchronisation systems is that one or more generators run on the same energy line as other generators or the mains, and share the load.
Bizler DELTA GENERATOR we use synchronisation systems to bring bespoke solutions to high-power energy projects. For high-kVA requirements, these systems — built by combining several generators on common busbars — offer many advantages over a single generator of the same rating. Those advantages are:

Our specialist staff can produce flexible solutions in line with customer requirements during project creation and development. The required generator power and quantity are established at the outset, an appropriate scenario is chosen, and the synchronised system is built accordingly.
Generator synchronisation systems fall into groups by purpose: uninterrupted synchronisation, power-redundant and fault-redundant. Depending on the project, the return to mains power can be either interrupted or uninterrupted (soft transition).
Is there a limit on how many generators can be synchronised? You set the number by balancing peak demand against average demand — the aim being economy and high efficiency.

Periodic Maintenance

Delta Generator is responsible for faults arising during the warranty period; for generators out of warranty or of another make, a Periodic Inspection and Maintenance agreement brings our expert team’s support.
Spare Parts
For a generator to run efficiently and last, damage must be put right quickly. Delta Generator keeps a broad spare-parts stock so customers’ parts requests are met as fast as possible. Parts are supplied free of charge during the warranty period; for out-of-warranty or other-brand generators, simply contact our authorised team.

A generator is a machine made up of an engine and an alternator that converts mechanical energy into electrical energy.
Generators are widely used by businesses of every size — typically in shops, large shopping centres, production facilities and workshops.

If the mains supply fails, or its voltage moves outside the set limits, a generator fitted with automatic starting equipment detects this through its control module, starts automatically and supplies the building. This takes 8–10 seconds at most.
When the mains returns, or comes back within normal limits, the control module waits briefly to confirm the supply is sound, then transfers the load from the generator back to the mains. The generator then idles for three minutes to cool down before stopping.
