Detay Haber: How are spare parts supplied?
Company representative: For a generator to run efficiently and last, damage must be put right quickly. Delta Jeneratör keeps a broad spare-parts stock so customers’ requests are met as fast as possible. Parts are supplied free of charge during the warranty period; for out-of-warranty or other-brand generators, contacting the authorised team is all that is needed.
Detay Haber: How is maintenance and inspection carried out?
Company representative: To keep a generator performing well for years and to prevent faults from internal or external causes, periodic inspection and maintenance are essential. After purchase, customers are encouraged to take up the Periodic Inspection and Maintenance service.
Authorised service centres exist to deliver maximum performance and safe, long service life. Delta Jeneratör is responsible for faults arising within the warranty period; for generators out of warranty or of another make, a Periodic Inspection and Maintenance agreement brings the expert team’s support.

Company representative: Checked over and serviced by an expert production and technical staff, Delta Jeneratör used generators are offered ready to run, for hire or purchase, at competitive prices and in a range of options;
Diesel generator sets, container-type generator sets, generator sets with bespoke enclosure designs, and portable diesel and petrol generators.

Company Representative: Talks with leading companies about main dealership agreements continue across four regions of Turkey.
